Who we are
Social responsibility meets advertising
A leading Caribbean out-of-home advertising company, Antilles Outdoor (previously 'Adopt A Stop'), was established in 1993 as a means of providing much-needed public transport infrastructure in Barbados.
Community-first has always been our guiding principle, and we are proud to support initiatives such as The Barbados Trailway, Roadside Tree Planting and Shelter Naming.

What We Provide
01
Advertising
Due to high island-wide traffic, our street-level advertising network reaches 50M+ monthly impressions from an audience of passengers on public transport, drivers of personal vehicles and pedestrians.
02
Sustainability
When you sponsor a shelter, you are funding much needed public transport infrastructure, promoting renewable energy (solar-powered lighting and USB charging ports) and embracing Caribbean culture (local vernacular designs and shelter names from the community).
03
Production
All of our products are manufactured locally at our Barbados workshop using regionally-sourced materials.
04
Maintenance
Our road crews ensures that all shelters and their artwork are maintained at all times.

Our Founder
Barney Gibbs, a longtime social entrepreneur, first envisioned Antilles Outdoor while studying Land Economy at the University of Cambridge.
His work in sustainable transport infrastructure has since extended beyond Antilles Outdoor. He now spearheads the Barbados Trailway as a Director of the Future Centre Trust.
